RRR will be collecting personal information that you will provide at the time of our interaction.

RRR also receives personal information whenever there is a transaction, we will receive your name, address, and confirmation of payment. We may receive information from a third party such as if a rod is purchased as a gift for you; the purchaser would then provide us your name and address.

RRR will maintain the information we collect about you as courtesy. Your rod has a serial number and we track that to insure product performance, and should you decide on another transaction we will have your shipping information on file.

• If you purchase a rod from us, your name and address will be on the package which will be handled by the shipping company. Further, you are allowing us to disclose your credit card number to the card processor to process the transaction and to the bank to collect payment.
• RRR may be required to release personal information due to legal processes, such as a subpoena, to protect our rights or property, to initiate a legal collection of debt, or in connection with any other legal issue.
