RRR also receives personal information whenever there is a transaction, we will receive your name, address, and confirmation of payment. We may receive information from a third party such as if a rod is purchased as a gift for you; the purchaser would then provide us your name and address.

RRR will maintain the information we collect about you as courtesy. Your rod has a serial number and we track that to insure product performance, and should you decide on another transaction we will have your shipping information on file.
