Shipping Policy
Raquette River Rods uses ground shipping carriers, such as UPS or the USPS. We insure the order for its total cost.
Stock orders with no personalized label are shipped within two work days of receipt of payment. Stock rods with personalized labels will be shipped within three work days of receipt of payments.
Custom orders will require more time, we will contact you with the anticipated ship date upon receipt of payment.
Return Policy
All orders are carefully packed and inspected before we ship. If your order arrives in a damaged container, we advise you to refuse it. Always obtain a receipt for the order you return or refuse. For a slightly damaged or dented package, have the driver make a note in his/her record. Immediately inspect the order. If there is a problem, save all the packing material for the carrier’s inspection. Any claims for damages or shortages must be reported to your local office AT ONCE, and to us within three days.
If you change your mind once you receive your order, call us at 315-265-7472, or , contact by email at sales@raquetteriverrods.com. Do not attempt to return it without authorization; you’ll just end up being billed for the shipping.
If your order is damaged during use as a result of manufacture defect, send it to us with a statement of the issue and the $10.00 return shipping fee and we will do everything possible to fix or replace the order.
