We here at Raquette River Rods work hard to build the best possible rods, and we back them up with a life time warranty. The warranty covers the original owner, and is transferable, providing the new owner has the original warranty. We will repair or replace any problem that arises as a result of manufacturers defect. We will not be responsible for any damage cause by misuse or neglect. Should you require reparation or replacement, simply send the rod back to us with; a copy of the warranty, a complete description of the problem, a $10 return shipping fee, your name, address and your phone number. Upon receipt of the rod, we will inspect it and determine the best way to repair the damages. We will contact you within two days of receiving the rod, and get it back to you as soon as possible.
